PPSC Recruitment 2012 – Superintendent Vacancies

Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has issued notification against recruitment of 08 Superintendent Home/Institution Vacancies in the Department of Social Security and Development of Women and Children Punjab.  Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format 14-05-2012. PPSC Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 08
Name of Post: Superintendent Home/Institution

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years to 37 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in any Social Science from any recognized university.

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to obtain Application form by hand or by post by paying at counter Rs. 25/- or through post by sending a Bank Draft of Rs. 75/- along with 2 self addressed envelopes by attaching stamps worth Rs. 25/-. Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/OBCs of Punjab) in form of a crossed Bank Draft, in original, drawn in favour of the Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, and payable at Patiala. Ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website or can be obtained by hand or by post, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with DD and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala on or before 14-05-2012.

7. Application fee if paid through other means then log on to www.vyapam.nic.in
8. Select the Online form of Examination to be appeared for.
9. Next page would lead to MP Online Kiosk link; follow the same steps from 3 to 5.
