Northern Railway Recruitment 2012 – Medical Practioner Vacancies

Northern Railway has issued notification against recruitment of 29 General Duty Medical Practioner/Specialist Vacancies on Contract basis. Eligible candidates may walk-in for Interview which would be held at various centers starting from 02-05-2012 to 14-05-2012. Total Number of Vacancies: 29
Name of Post: General Duty Medical Practioner/Specialist

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 50 years on the date of attending Interview. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess MBBS to apply for the post of General Duty Doctor and PG Degree/Diploma for the post of Specialist.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.

Job Details

Qualification

1.Pharmacist Gr. III: 10+2 in Science or its equivalent with two years Diploma in Pharmacy and Registration with Pharmacy Counsel of India (or) with State Pharmacy

8.Staff Nurse: Certificate as registered Nurse and Mid-wife having passed three years course in General Nursing and Mid-wifery from a School of Nursing (or) other institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Counsel (or) B.Sc. (Nursing)

Laboratory Superintendent: B.Sc. with Bio-Chemistry/Micro Biology/Life Science or equivalent plus Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent or B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from recognized institution.

2.Radiographer: 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and Diploma in Radiography/ X-ray Technician/Radio Diagnosis Technology (Two years course) from recognized institution. Science Graduates with Diploma in Radiography/X-ray Technician/ Radio Diagnosis Technology (Two years course) will be preferred.

6.Laboratory Asst: Matriculation with Science + Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology.( DMLT) two years course and also to treat Certificate Course in Medical Lab. Technology at par with Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology (DMLT) subject to the fulfillment of the underlying conditions (i) The course has been done from an institution which is recognized by a University or the Technical Board of Government /State Government /Central government Authority (ii) the duration of the cource is at least one year (iii) During the course the candidate should have done the training on full time basis (iv) At the end of the course, there should be a system of examination which has been successfully passed by the candidate.

7.Physiotherapist:10+2 (with Science) + Degree in Physiotherapy

Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd Recruitment 2011 for Executive Asst (IT)

Several MRTS proposals for Bangalore have been in the pipeline for nearly 24 years. In 1982, a study suggested that the MRTS should have a route length of 12.20 km. and pegged the cost at Rs. 239.15 crores. In 1983, the Metropolitan Transit Project, an organization of Indian Railways, prepared a feasibility report for provision of suburban rail services on existing lines, a circular railway of 57.9 km. metro system on two corridors, in Phase-I 12.9 km. from Rajajinagar to Jayanagar and in Phase – II 11.2 km. from Hudson Circle to Krishnarajapuram. In 1988, a World Bank aided study was carried out by RITES and the study recommended a Commuter Rail System along with improvement of road transport system.
