Visva Bharati, Santiniketan, a Central University has issued notification against recruitment of 14 Faculty Vacancies under various departments. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 31-05-2012. Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 45 years for post with serial no. 1, below 40 years for post with serial no. 2 and 3 and below 35 years for remaining posts. (Age relaxations will be extended on the basis of rules of the University).
Educational Qualification: Candidates are asked to refer to the notification for the details of post wise required educational qualification.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay Rs. 400/- for the posts with sl no. 4 to 9 and Rs. 200/- for posts with sl no. 10 and 11. Application fee must be paid in form of Demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Santiniketan branch (2121), in favour of Accounts Officer, Visva-Bharati. SC/ST candidates need to pay 25% of prescribed fee and PWDs are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Application form will be made available by post if the candidate sends self addressed and Rs. 15/- stamped envelope along with DD to the following address, ‘Registrar’s Office, Visva-Bharati, P.O.-Santiniketan, Pin- 731235 and when the form reaches, fill it and send along with copies of all credentials, 12 copies of filled in form and passport size photographs to the same address on or before 31-05-2012.
